Yoga for every mind and body...
Yoga slowly became a way for me to find balance between ambition and stillness, movement and meaning. After spending years in high-performing environments, I found myself drawn to a more intentional, sustainable way of practicing.
Over time, I had the opportunity to practise in India and later completed my Teacher Training in Toronto, in the Tirumalai Krishnamacharya lineage, which emphasizes breath-centered and individualized practice.
Today, I share yoga in a way that feels accessible and real, especially for those navigating long hours at a desk, carrying tension in the back and shoulders, or feeling a little disconnected from their breath.
My approach is gentle and simple:
